With Christmas shopping in full effect around here, I figured this would help some of you out with your online shopping. Here’s another “How-To” guide for online shopping discounts. This one is for ShopAtHome.
First, head on over here and get signed up for an account. Click on Join Now in the top right of the screen.
Once you are registered for your account, you can go to the search box in the top right of the screen and type in a store or product that you want to shop for.
You will then see a list of the possible stores that you can pick from along with the % of cash back from that store. Also take into consideration the price too to make sure that the price of the item along with the cash back percentage will be the cheapest for you.
There are also tabs at the top of the list, Online, Local, Free Samples, and Products. They will give you results that match the best for each of these categories as well.
Just like with Ebates, the next step is very important. If you want to shop at Target which is currently 5% cash back, you can’t just type Target.com into your browser and expect to get 5% back from ShopAtHome. You have to follow the link from your ShopAtHome page and when you finalize your purchase, that’s how you will end up getting the cash back.
ShopAtHome also has some other great features, they have printable coupons, local coupons, and even free catalogs. And you can get to all of it from the ShopAtHome Toolbar if you decide to download it.
ShopAtHome pays by check, and they pay 12 times a year. You will get a payment when your account balance reaches $20. Here’s a payment schedule:
It only takes a few extra minutes, and you could save anywhere from 1%-30% cash back. That’s worth it to me! So head on over here and get started! Good luck, and happy shopping!
