by April on October 12, 2010

Ingredients:

  • 1 Head Cabbage
  • 1 med Onion
  • Hamburger
  • 4-5 cans Tomato Soup, with some water
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Uncooked Minute Rice

$0.50/1 Minute Rice Ready To Serve Product printable

Chop cabbage in to small pieces and boil until soft.  At the same time, brown hamburger with onion and salt/pepper to taste.

When cabbage is soft and hamburger is brown, begin layering ingredients in to your crockpot.  Any order will work!  For example, add hamburger, tomato soup, rice, cabbage, then repeat until gone.

Cook on low for 4 hours.  Add ketchup when serving for stronger tomato flavor.
